Sperry & Associates installed a new framing system and 45,700 square feet of 24 gauge loc seam roof, painted evergreen, and 26 gauge architectural wall panels. The distinct octagonal-shaped roofing system included framing, insulation, and roof panels. The wall panels were added from the eave of the roof down to the concrete deck that is part of the jail for security purposes. This deck actually included HVAC duct work, electrical piping, etc., that we had to circumvent during installation of the framing system. Also, we didn't have the center core slabs, so we had to lay out the framing and roofing from the edges of the octagon and work our way towards the apex at the center.
