Profile and Project Experience
Since joining Sperry & Associates in 1981, Bart has been involved either directly or in a supervisory role on the majority of light and heavy commercial construction projects, including: retail, institutional, medical and industrial. In addition to acting as Senior Project Manager on major projects, he is responsible for ensuring that all projects are managed properly, from start up through construction and close out.
Because he is familiar with virtually all construction types, Bart’s expertise lends itself in sales, estimating, contract negotiation, risk assessment and management, subcontractor selection, planning and project management, as well as marketing.
He is often involved in strategy development and review on both negotiated and bid projects from initial contact through completion of construction.
In addition to his professional and industry affiliations, Bart is also active in many civic activities and serves numerous youth-oriented programs. |
