This project was essentially a complete 156,000 sq. ft. re-roof of the Tallahassee Airport Terminal, along with some interior and exterior structural maintenance. The work had to be conducted while keeping the facility water tight and not interrupting general airport operations. It was necessary to redirect traffic while construction was underway above the front drop off area. Working within airport security regulations posed an interesting set of challenges, especially when it came debris removal.
