This attractive, modern 6,000 sq. ft. retail showroom on the corner of Magnolia Drive and Park Avenue was built for Morningstar Properties as the new home for an AT&T Cellular Store. The metal framed building features tall windows and a copper-clad tower angled off the corner of the property. The small site presented challenging stormwater issues, resulting in the holding pond actually being constructed under the front patio.
