This renovation called for the replacement of main vestibule doors at the front and side of the Tallahassee Airport Terminal Building, while making sure not to disrupt terminal operations. Temporary secure entrances had to be constructed to permit airport operations to continue while construction was underway. Original landscaping was removed during construction and new landscaping installed before the project was completed. A large crane was required to transfer mature palm trees from place to place as part of the landscaping work.
