Profile and Projects Experience

Monte joined Sperry and Associates in 1984 and has proven himself a valuable and dedicated member of the Sperry team.

Today Monte is Sperry Operations Manager and oversees overall construction operations as related to Project Managers, Field Managers, Purchasing and Field Foreman. Monte has a key role in overseeing the successful coordination of every Sperry project.

From 1984 to 2002 Monte was Sperry Field Superintendent in charge of daily supervision of Sperry employee’s at the job site, coordination of all subcontractors schedules, ordering and scheduling of materials and equipment needed to do the job from ground up, including sitework, concrete, masonry, all interior finishes, paving, landscaping. Making sure job schedule is maintained and job is completed on time and under budget.
