A new 65,000 sq. ft. home for a Canadian-based air-conditioning compressor manufacturer relocating to Innovation Park. The company plans to manufacturer the world's first totally oil-free compressors, are specifically designed for the Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) industry.
