Pioneer Seed Research Facility -- Cairo, Georgia

This 22,000 sq. ft expansion of an existing agricultural research facility in Cairo Georgia called for extensive site work before the pre- engineered steel structure could be erected.

The building includes offices, lab space and a 3,000 sq ft. "cool room" for storing seed samples. The entire project had to be constructed while the staff conducted their normal business activities, so extensive coordination between the client and the construction team was required.
