The state-of-the-art San Marcos Shell is the first major development along the recently redeveloped intersection where Woodville Highway and Capital Circle SW meet. The 3,400 sq.ft gas station, carwash and Subway restaurant is situated on an urban forest site with over 3,500 sq. ft. of preserved and protected forest.
"We had to work with extensive landscaping requirements to meet the urban forest development rules," said Sperry Project Manager Jon Savoy. "In addition to the tremendous detail called for in the plans there were also many design requirements from Subway's corporate office."
The building features storefront glass, split face block, ACM facia panels and a metal standing seam roof. Inside there is a security enclosure for the cashier, built in counters and a refrigerated beer cave. The attached Subway restaurant features ceramic floor tile, track and pendant lighting and extensive equipment power requirements.
No matter where you are in the process, Sperry & Associates can help you understand your options and show you how to get more building for your construction dollars.
