New 3,000 sq. ft. ultra modern service drop off area featuring new front canopy with aluminum composite panels and specially painted steel members and columns. Stamped and colored concrete work in new service area and under the front canopy to enhance the overall design. Asphalt drives had to be reworked to seamlessly connect the new service area into the existing parking areas. New project had to tie into the existing pre-engineered building, which was complicated by having to work around the expansive storefront glass system without causing damage to the existing structure.
