Inside are glass partitions, sleek furnishings and an extensive lighting package. The show also called for dull ceramic finishes and non-reflective ceilings so that when customers walk in the only things that shine are the cars. |

Crown Mercedes Service AreaNew 3,000 sq. ft. ultra modern service drop off area featuring new front canopy with aluminum composite panels and specially painted steel members and columns. Stamped and colored concrete work in new service area and under the front canopy to enhance the overall design. Asphalt drives had to be reworked to seamlessly connect the new service area into the existing parking areas. New project had to tie into the existing pre-engineered building, which was complicated by having to work around the expansive storefront glass system without causing damage to the existing structure. |

Tallahassee AIRPORT Vestibule ImprovementsThis renovation called for the replacement of main vestibule doors at the front and side of the Tallahassee Airport Terminal Building, while making sure not to disrupt terminal operations. Temporary secure entrances had to be constructed to permit airport operations to continue while construction was underway. Original landscaping was removed during construction and new landscaping installed before the project was completed. A large crane was required to transfer mature palm trees from place to place as part of the landscaping work. |

Leon County Hazardous Waste FacilityA 40,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered building was constructed as the Leon County Solid Waste Facility on Apalachee Parkway to support hazardous waste disposal efforts. The building features metal roof and wall panels, large overhead doors to receive waste and a large canopy in front to cover overhead doors. Several CMU walled rooms were constructed inside to house hazardous materials. Operations at the facility continued uninterrupted while construction was underway. |

San Marcos ShellThis new 3,400 sq. ft. Shell gas station, convenience store, car wash and Subway Restaurant stands at newly improved intersection of Capital Circle SW and Woodville Highway. The glass, split face block and ACM facia panels and standing seam metal roof make for an attractive presentation. There are fuel islands, truck fueling stations and a carwash and customer parking areas and and over 3,500 sq. ft. of preserved and protected forest on the site. Inside there are built-in counters, a secure, bulletproof cashier enclosure and a refrigerated beer cave. |

Woodville Library AdditionThis 2,000 sq. ft. addition to the Woodville Community Center serves as a branch library to for the citizens of this Leon County Community. The features traditional construction with CMU walls, wood trusses and metal roof panels, plus floor to ceiling windows on the north side of the building for natural light and heat. The new addition had to seamlessly tie-in to the existing facility. |

Bond Community Health CenterExtensive renovations provided much needed facelift and improved workspace and public areas for this community health center. New flooring, paint and ceiling gave the first floor a new lease on life and on the second floors the original interior was demolished and several new modern offices were added and finished from floor to ceiling. All work was conducted without interrupting the health center's normal operations and with effort taken to reduce the amount of dust generated as to not interfere with the equipment in use. |

Tallahassee Airport Water Intrusion ProjectThis project was essentially a complete 156,000 sq. ft. re-roof of the Tallahassee Airport Terminal, along with some interior and exterior structural maintenance. The work had to be conducted while keeping the facility water tight and not interrupting general airport operations. It was necessary to redirect traffic while construction was underway above the front drop off area. Working within airport security regulations posed an interesting set of challenges, especially when it came debris removal. |
